Job summary

Just Global Markets Ltd. seeks a seasoned marketing leader to tailor the global strategy for the Philippines, driving growth and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute locally relevant campaigns.

You will oversee quarterly plans, manage the regional budget, and use GA4/Tableau/Power BI to inform priorities. This role requires strong English and Tagalog communication across regions and a hands-on, leadership-ready approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fintech/crypto marketing experience.
• Strong 360 marketing knowledge: brand, KOL, PR, community growth, performance marketing and SMM.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and prioritising tasks.
• Hands-on operator with leadership potential to grow into leading a team.
• Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in the Philippines.
• Proven experience managing monthly regional marketing budget of $50,000+ with focus on lowering CPA and ROI.
• Solid hands-on experience with GA4, Tableau or Power BI for data interpretation.
• Experience with Jira, Asana or Confluence to keep campaigns aligned.
• Native Tagalog and fluent business English for daily communication with cross-regional teams.

• Drive market growth in the Philippines by adapting the global marketing strategy to local specifics and trends, based on continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape and cultural shifts
• Coordinate the work of local specialists (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Content): set priorities, assign and review tasks, remove blockers and create an efficient working environment, with the prospect of formally leading the team
• Develop quarterly marketing plans with locally relevant strategies for the Philippines and its client community
• Manage the regional marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance data and continuously improving efficiency and results
• Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, understand user behaviour and guide the team’s priorities
• Serve as the key link between the local team and Global HQ: share market insights and coordinate on global campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience in fintech, crypto, retail trading or a comparable fast-moving industry
• Strong understanding of 360 marketing, including brand building, KOL/influencer marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing and SMM
• Experience working in cross-functional teams: setting clear tasks, prioritising and evaluating results
• A hands‑on operator, comfortable executing personally with the leadership potential to grow into leading a team
• Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in the Philippines
• Proven experience managing and optimising a monthly regional marketing budget of $50,000+, with a track record of lowering CPA and maximising ROI
• Solid hands‑on experience with at least one of the following analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality and LTV trends
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana or Confluence) to keep teams aligned and campaigns on track
• Native Tagalog and fluent business English for daily communication with cross-regional teams

Will be a plus

• People management experience, ideally leading a team of up to 3 people
• Strong background in sourcing, auditing and closing complex deals with influencers, financial bloggers, media contacts and local partners in [Region]
• Hands‑on proficiency with mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer or Adjust), including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis and fraud detection
• PPC experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or other platforms popular in the Philippines: campaign setup, bid and budget optimisation, A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and running campaigns
• Knowledge of financial advertising compliance in the Philippines
• Understanding of the trading client funnel – acquisition, first deposit and retention
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools to support content and campaign production
