Job summary

Justforex is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Lead to drive growth by tailoring our global strategy to Uzbekistan and Central Asia. You will lead a cross‑functional team (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Content) and coordinate with Global HQ to align campaigns.

You will develop quarterly plans, manage the regional budget, optimize CPA and ROI, and use analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Power BI) to guide priorities. Fluent business English and Uzbek are required, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in leadership overseeing 3+ specialists (KOL, Content, PR, SMM).
• Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Uzbekistan or Central Asia.
• Strong understanding of 360 marketing: brand, PR, community growth, performance marketing, SMM.
• Experience allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets (e.g., $50,000) and driving ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market growth by adapting the global marketing strategy to local market specifics and trends.
• Directly manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Content) and remove blockers.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans for Uzbekistan and its client community.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, allocate spend across channels based on performance data, and improve efficiency.
• Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, understand user behavior, and guide priorities.
• Serve as the key connection point between local team and Global HQ, sharing market insights and coordinating on global campaigns.
