Job summary

Relativity is expanding its Asia team and seeking a mid-to-senior Field Marketing Manager for Asia, based in Singapore. You will develop the regional field marketing strategy, deliver integrated programs across Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and Korea, and drive commercial outcomes.

You will partner with sales leadership, regional teams, and global marketing to localise content and maximize ROI. You will lead campaigns, events, and demand programs, translating business objectives into marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing with senior-line ownership of outcomes.
• In-market experience across at least one Asia market: Singapore, Hong Kong, India, or South Korea.

Responsibilities

• Develop a regional field marketing strategy aligned to priorities and revenue goals.
• Plan and deliver integrated programs: events, webinars, roundtables, activations.
• Advise senior stakeholders on marketing strategy and plans.
• Lead end-to-end program management with timelines, budgets, and vendors.
• Own Asia events and drive registrations and attendance goals.
• Manage joint marketing relationships with sponsors and channel partners.
• Localise messaging and campaigns for Asia audiences and personas.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Ops.
• Coordinate with global content teams to execute regional content.
• Partner with in-market sales teams and provide promotional materials.
• Set, track, and report on campaign metrics and ROI.
• Ensure marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue in the market.
