NC State University seeks a Director of Philanthropic Strategy & Prospect Management to guide fundraising performance within the College of Engineering. You will partner with senior leaders to optimize portfolios and drive data-informed decisions using CRM insights.

The role emphasizes campaign readiness, donor stewardship, and analytics to maximize philanthropic outcomes across major gifts and principal giving.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant post-baccalaureate degree and several years of fundraising/advancement experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for donor relations and CRM leadership.
• Experience with Salesforce (Lobo) or similar CRM is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic fundraising guidance, portfolio optimization, and campaign readiness.
• Lead prospect management and portfolio balancing to maximize donor impact.
• Serve as Salesforce (Lobo) functional lead to support fundraising strategy and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to inform leadership decisions.
