Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant post-baccalaureate degree with minimum years of professional fundraising experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and manage multiple constituencies.
• Enthusiasm for fundraising in a public university setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to strengthen fundraising performance across the College of Engineering.
• Lead portfolio optimization, prospect assignment, and regular reviews with gift officers.
• Serve as Salesforce (Lobo) functional lead for CRM strategy and adoption.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to inform leadership decisions and campaign progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
