Job Summary

This role designs and builds reports and dashboards using our business intelligence and CRM reporting tools (such as Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Apsona), partnering directly with PAE stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and optimize visualizations for usability, performance, and aesthetics. Experience building reports and dashboards in modern BI tools is expected, though specific platform experience can vary — we value strong fundamentals and adaptability over a fixed toolset. Comfort working in a CRM environment is required, and Salesforce experience is a plus.
