Job Summary The University of Kentucky Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement (PAE) is seeking a Philanthropy Reporting & Business Analyst to turn complex advancement data into clear, actionable insight for our fundraising and engagement teams. This role designs and builds reports and dashboards using our business intelligence and CRM reporting tools (such as Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Apsona), partnering directly with PAE stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and optimize visualizations for usability, performance, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards; conducting quality assurance testing; providing training and ongoing support to PAE users on reporting best practices; developing reports using Salesforce (RADAR), SQL, Excel, and other tools as our reporting environment evolves; performing data validation and documenting processes; and summarizing data variances and trends with clear recommendations for improvement. Experience building reports and dashboards in modern BI tools is expected, though specific platform experience can vary — we value strong fundamentals and adaptability over a fixed toolset. Comfort working in a CRM environment is required, and Salesforce experience is a plus. PAE’s culture is grounded in our shared core values and we’re looking for someone who brings genuine enthusiasm for using data to advance UK’s philanthropic mission.

By applying for a position within UK PAE, you are indicating your commitment and expressing your agreement to our six values. It is important you share these values in order to be part of our committed team!
