Job summary

Jewish Federation of Greater Houston is seeking a Philanthropy Administrator to join a growing philanthropy team. The role reports to the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Senior Director of Philanthropy, Annual Campaign, providing essential administrative and operational support across donor administration, campaigns, and data management.

Responsibilities include donor recognition, reporting, CRM updates, and event coordination.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional administrative, nonprofit, fundraising, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with databases, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Ability to attend occasional evening and weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Philanthropy Officer.
• Support philanthropy team members with data management, donor tracking, and reporting.
• Manage Donor Honor Roll in partnership with Operations.
• Update philanthropy content on the Federation website.
• Process pledges, donor records, and fundraising transactions.
