You will liaise across philanthropy, finance, marketing, and clinical teams, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity while supporting donor engagement and stewardship efforts. This hybrid role requires local travel and occasional events.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–4 years of administrative, project coordination, or nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and work evenings/weekends for events.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor acknowledgement and stewardship communications.
• Maintain donor, prospect, campaign, and event records in donor databases.
• Generate routine reports, mailing lists, donor lists, and fundraising activity reports.
• Support gift processing workflows with Finance and internal partners.
• Assist with tracking pledges, payments, and stewardship milestones.
• Coordinate campaign communications, mailings, and outreach activities.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, clinical departments, and community partners.
