Job summary

You’ll direct four key areas—donor engagement, communications, major gifts, and philanthropy operations—while guiding a team responsible for gift processing, reporting, events, research, and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related experience.
• Experience in planning and delivering budgetary responsibilities.
• Experience managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience developing, managing, and implementing multiple projects and strategic goals.
• Experience working across complex organizations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience, coursework, or other training in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Broad, proactive management responsibility for administrative or professional staff, including training and development.
• Commit actions and resources to support public image and financial or legal binding.
• Develop and administer budget, evaluate results and implement corrections.
• Ensure ethical compliance with TNC policies and financial standards.
• Direct multiple projects, assign staff, set deadlines, and ensure accountability.
• Lead new programs and initiatives to achieve department and organization goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee events, tours, and donor engagement activities with strategic value and ROI.
