Endeavor Health is seeking a Philanthropy Events Specialist to lead the planning and execution of fundraising events across multiple hospital foundations. You will manage cultivation and stewardship efforts, coordinate budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships, and collaborate with fundraising teams to deepen donor relationships.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality engagements, tracking outcomes, and supporting continual improvement in fundraising strategies within a hospital network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3-5 years of project management/event experience; nonprofit setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage donors and hospital partners.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute cultivation and stewardship events for Endeavor Health Hospital Foundations.
• Coordinate with fundraising leads and the Manager, Philanthropy Events to set goals and budgets.
• Staff event committees, manage timelines, and coordinate vendors and venues.
• Maintain Salesforce engagement records and generate progress reports on ROI and donor activity.
• Prepare event materials, briefings, and post-event follow-up communications.
