You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure high-impact fundraising outcomes and donor satisfaction. The position requires 3–5 years of project management/event experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Salesforce and event software.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management/event experience, preferably in nonprofit settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage donors and hospital personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines with precision.
• Experience with CRM systems and event software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cultivation and stewardship events with fundraising leads and managers.
• Staff volunteer committees and coordinate event logistics and partnerships.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and communications; document activity and measure outcomes.
• Maintain Salesforce engagement records and coordinate donor moves management as needed.
