Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Data Management Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of philanthropy biographical and demographic data. You will manage data collection, validation, maintenance, and quality processes to support operations and decision-making.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to standardize data, update leadership lists, process returned mail, and research new addresses while ensuring governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience managing data and records in a Salesforce platform.
• Experience with data quality, data governance, and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with philanthropy CRM platforms (KindSight ascend CRM) and event registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Create and manage the SharePoint media file.
• Coordinate data append services and other data quality projects (NCOA, Deceased process).
• Triaging data request tickets and processing Interim requests.
• Performing duplicate record merges and data cleanup.
• Assist with data migration, system implementation, and process improvements.
