Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Data Management Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of philanthropy biographical and demographics data. The role encompasses data collection, validation, maintenance, governance, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support decision-making.

The position requires 2–3 years of Salesforce data management experience, familiarity with philanthropy CRM platforms, and the ability to work in a hybrid office environment with a 75k–100k USD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in information management or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of data management for CRM systems, online databases, and office productivity tools.
• Familiarity with philanthropy CRM platforms (preferably the Kindsight ascend CRM) and event registration systems.
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing data and records in a Salesforce platform.
• Experience with data quality, data governance, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including creation and management of SharePoint media files and coordination of data quality projects.
• Perform data entry, validation, cleansing, data hygiene, and data quality activities.
• Monitor data integrity, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues; conduct periodic audits for process improvements.
• Develop and document data management procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
