Job summary

Rocky Mountain Public Media, Inc. is seeking a Philanthropy Data Operations Coordinator in Denver to oversee donor data management, governance, and reporting to support the philanthropy team.

Responsibilities include maintaining ROI Solutions REV CRM, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports for campaigns and leadership reviews. The role collaborates with Philanthropy, Finance, Membership, and external vendors, driving data integrity, donor segmentation, and campaign data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of experience with a donor or constituent database (e.g., ROI Solutions REV CRM, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or similar).
• Experience with gift entry, data management, and reporting in a fundraising or nonprofit environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex datasets, queries, and reporting tools.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the donor CRM (ROI Solutions REV CRM).
• Maintain integrity, structure, and accuracy of donor records and gift information.
• Develop data governance practices and data standards for the Philanthropy team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly gift reports and assist in monthly revenue reconciliation.
• Pull routine and ad hoc reports to support fundraising activities and leadership reporting.
• Create donor lists and segmentation reports for campaigns and events.
• Coordinate data exchanges with third-party vendors and ensure data standards are met.
