Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Philanthropy Data and Reporting Analyst to prepare and analyze donor data, drive segmentation strategies, and support outreach across foundations. You will collaborate with multiple teams to build standard reports, dashboards, and custom analytics, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
The role involves developing data-driven portfolio strategies, informing campaigns from annual giving to mid-level donor outreach, and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5+ years of data analytics experience in donor/nonprofit settings.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL or SAS to develop dashboards and reports.
- Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze donor, prospect, and patient data to inform segmentation and campaigns.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support cultivation and solicitation strategies.
- Collaborate with Philanthropy Operations and frontline fundraisers on analytics requests.
- Maintain data hygiene and comply with HIPAA, PCI and privacy laws.
- Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns and data extensions.
- Create insights to improve donor journeys and fundraising outcomes.
