Job summary

The Association of Fundraising Professionals in Concord, NH seeks a Philanthropy Systems (Operations) Manager to oversee data management, reporting, and system support for the Philanthropy Department, advancing donor engagement and gift planning. You will ensure data integrity across CSuite and related tools, develop reports, train staff, and coordinate with IT and Donor Operations to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Combination of education or relevant work experience equal to the needs of the role.
• Previous experience in nonprofit philanthropy/development preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, database systems, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Experience managing and maintaining constituent and fund data within a CRM environment (CSuite preferred), including data integrity and reporting; Power BI strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel to off-site meetings or events as needed.
