Job summary

WHYY seeks a fundraising operations support role focused on gift and data processing in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain Revolution CRM by ROI Solutions and coordinate data flows across platforms, especially during pledge drives and year-end periods.

You will also perform routine data uploads, ensure data quality in the fundraising ecosystem, and assist with other data-driven tasks within Fundraising Systems and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination.
• At least 1 year of office experience involving database and computer work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft 365 is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts, pledges, recurring gifts, matching gifts, and event revenue during peak fundraising periods.
• Run daily donation data uploads from external vendors and internal processes; manage data imports/exports.
• Perform data maintenance, clean-up, de-duplication, and biographical/engagement record updates.
• Support fundraising systems and operations, and assist with data quality and related tasks.
