Qualifications

• Proven experience in business ownership or senior leadership in beverage/FMCG sectors.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operations oversight.
• Experience leading diverse teams with people management and coaching.
• Ability to build partnerships with distributors, retailers, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with production, quality control, and regulatory requirements in food & beverage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; hands-on on-site.
