Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor pheresis technician in Bloomington, MN. The role includes preparing the donor, area, and equipment for pheresis, verifying machine setups, monitoring the donor during the procedure, and safely disconnecting after completion.

You will maintain a clean work environment, manage supplies, follow HSE/OSHA policies, and document incidents using a PDA, with bilingual requirements possible depending on organizational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months’ work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, respond to alarms or signals during the process.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain a clean, efficient work environment and ensure supplies are available; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
