CSL in Henderson, NV is seeking a Pheresis Technician to prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process, and to set up the autopheresis machine.

You will monitor the donor and the pheresis process, respond to alarms, document incidents with the PDA, and ensure accurate donor data entry in the electronic donor information system following SOPs and safety policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process; respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain awareness of donor reactions and notify staff as needed.
• Record incidents using a PDA, including machine alarms and donor events.
• Link equipment and supplies to the donor in the system per SOPs.
• Ensure accurate donor data entry in the electronic donor information system.
