Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking an entry-level pheresis processor to support donor procedures at our Texas center. You will prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process, and get the autopheresis machine ready for the procedure.

This role requires monitoring the donor and process, responding to alarms, and disconnecting the donor when complete. You will also document incidents in the PDA, link equipment to donors, and help maintain a safe, compliant work environment per SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months' work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain alertness to donor reactions and notify appropriate staff.
