CSL Tampa is seeking a donor center technician to prepare pheresis equipment and monitor donors during procedures. You will use a PDA to record incidents, link equipment to donors, and maintain accurate donor data per SOPs.

The role requires basic math, a high school diploma, and 3+ months in a medical setting. Occasional bilingual skills and cross-training may be necessary in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months’ work experience in medical or health provider environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitors the donor and pheresis process; responds to alarms or signals.
• Disconnects the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintains alertness to donor reactions and notifies staff as needed.
• Uses PDA to record incidents and link equipment to the donor.
• Alerts Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Ensures accurate donor data entry in the electronic donor information management system per SOP.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment; follows HSE and OSHA policies.
• May be cross-trained in other areas and, at times, require bilingual capabilities.
