Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database systems.
• Ability to independently solve problems by analyzing data sources.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality.

Responsibilities

• Support phenotyping efforts across corn, sorghum, and cotton programs.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of collected data via validation checks.
• Collaborate with local and cross-location teams to meet timelines and maintain high data quality.
• Execute field activities including planting, scouting, phenotyping, threshing, ginning, and harvesting.
• Maintain plot quality and support seed production of sorghum and cotton.
