Perry Homes is seeking an experienced construction project manager to oversee Phase II construction activities from framing to completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, and ensure adherence to Perry Homes quality standards in Texas.

This role emphasizes time management, cost control, and strong communication with homeowners and crews. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, the ability to read complex plans, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing; excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, construction plans, plats and development plans.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fundamental knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, monitor overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, or Division President.
