Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Phase I studies. You will lead interdisciplinary clinical research efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the main liaison with customers to drive timely study launches and closeouts.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and TMF quality, coordinating with study partners and internal teams. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRO environments and knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Prior project management experience in Clinical Research.
• Phase I experience is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical research projects and ensure GCP compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison between Company and Customer for study launches, conduct, and closeouts.
• Guide project team to maintain quality, timelines and budget.
• Oversee financial performance and coordinate activities of study conduct partners.
• Ensure TMF quality and completeness for assigned studies.
• Manage study information across databases and systems.
• Prepare management reports and client-facing project updates.
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.
