Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager for Full Service operations in the United States. You will oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity while ensuring protocol compliance and patient safety.

You will lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones and collaborate with investigators and sponsors. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and regulatory expertise, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, risk assessment, and study deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in related field required.
• Strong ability to lead and align cross-functional teams to milestones.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Ensure budgets, scopes, and contractual obligations are met; identify risks to deliverables.
• Lead risk-based monitoring strategy development and CMP/SMP adherence.
• Coordinate training for study teams on protocols, data plans, and SOPs.
• Provide status updates to clients and leadership with risk mitigation plans.
• Mentor CTMs and CRA teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
