Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager for full-service support in the United States, with responsibilities spanning site management, monitoring, and data integrity to protect patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with Study Start Up, Data Management, and PM teams to ensure milestones like site activation, enrollment, and database lock are met, while leveraging CTMS and EDC tools for timely reporting and escalation when risks occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams toward milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment and with clinical trial management.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage CTMS/EDC systems.
• Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation plans in clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel up to ~20% and coordinate with global sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management, monitoring, and data integrity with patient safety as a focus.
• Reviews budgets, scope of work, and ensures team awareness of contractual obligations.
• Identifies risks to timelines, quality, and budget; escalates when needed.
• Leads risk mitigation discussions and participates in key meetings.
• Coordinates training for study teams on protocol specifics and data tools.
• Supports instrumented monitoring dashboards and CTMS/ePRO usage.
