Ro is seeking an Operations Trainer to lead onboarding and role-based training at the Romeoville, IL facility. You will develop instructor-led, hands-on, virtual, and LMS-based programs, partnering with cross-functional SMEs to ensure training aligns with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will track completion, competency, and training effectiveness while supporting travel to other locations as needed. This onsite role emphasizes scalable, compliant training in a fast-paced healthcare
