Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care by meeting patient needs and processing orders in person and by phone.
• Maintain a neat work environment to comply with company and government requirements.
• Assist team to ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to complete actions for drop-off, will call, drive-thru and order receiving, including searching profiles and determining fill dates.
• Assist in executing company initiatives and programs.
• Complete required training and exams.
• Follow HIPAA and regulatory policies.
