University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist for Specialty Pharmacy (Finance) in Madison. The role includes a 100% FTE day shift, with hours 7:00AM–6:00PM and responsibilities across mail services, specialty pharmacy, medication histories, and prior authorizations.

Qualified candidates have 6 months of pharmacy technician experience or equivalent, and Wisconsin registration upon hire.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician or completion of second year of pharmacy school required.
