Job summary

University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist - Per Diem for Community Pharmacy. The role involves filling prescriptions in our retail pharmacies, delivering strong customer service, and applying math and critical thinking in a fast-paced setting.

Per Diem schedule with every other weekend rotation; minimum 16 hours per week. Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration on hire required; Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Qualifications

  • No minimum education required.
  • Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
  • 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school.
