Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI seeks a Pharmacy Technician Specialist to gain a well-rounded view of pharmacy services, including mail, specialty, medication histories, and prior authorizations. You will support services across the Madison area as part of a strong team, demonstrating detail orientation and thoughtful prioritization in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program (preferred) and 6 months of experience or equivalent

  • Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
  • 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician or completion of a accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program or second year of pharmacy school required.

Work Experience
  • 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school. Required
Licenses & Certifications

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
