UW Health in Madison, WI seeks a Pharmacy Technician Specialist to gain a well-rounded view of pharmacy services, including mail, specialty, medication histories, and prior authorizations. You will support services across the Madison area as part of a strong team, demonstrating detail orientation and thoughtful prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications include completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program (preferred) and 6 months of experience or equivalent
100% FTE. Day Shift. Monday - Friday; Hours range 7:00AM - 6:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

a non-clinical location in Middleton that houses many Pharmacy professionals. These employees perform various services and duties, including pharmacy administration, pharmacy primary care services, medication prior authorization, sterile and non-sterile compounding, unit dose packaging, and specialty/mail service program.
