Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and adhere to service standards.
• Handle third-party issues and resolve discrepancies at the point of sale.
• Process prescriptions with RxEVO and enter complete patient data.
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shots, immunizations and other services as needed.
• Maintain and calibrate automated processing equipment as required.
• Assist with inventory management and recalls, including record storage and stock returns.
