Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and uphold service standards.
• Process prescriptions using RxEVO and verify complete patient information.
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and related activities.
• Manage inventory, process invoices, review Warehouse/DSD orders, and handle recalls as needed.
• Maintain automated prescription processing equipment and ensure proper calibration and report execution.
