This position is responsible for supporting pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives through member outreach, care coordination, and issue resolution, while collaborating with internal departments, external vendors, providers, pharmacies, and members to evaluate and resolve pharmacy-related issues, facilitate access to care, and provide high-quality member support for pharmacy programs and initiatives.
This is a fully remote position, available in the US only, not limited to the posting location. Sponsorship is not available.
Bilingual:10% pay differential for bilingual Spanish speakers after training period.
Base Pay Range $19.13 - $34.17. Exact compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
