Job summary

Onco360 Buffalo, NY is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Customer Care Specialist for a full-time role. The position supports customer care from the Buffalo pharmacy with remote work-from-home after onsite training, and includes evening shifts (11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri).

You will work with sales and providers to monitor care issues, manage escalations, and ensure claims and CPR+ processes are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of pharmacy billing or certified pharmacy technician experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must hold Pharmacy Technician State License/Registration and National Certification (CPhT).

Responsibilities

• Manages the customer care escalations email workflow.
• Works with the customer service manager to ensure all sales team escalations are addressed daily.
• Work all address exception reports given by the VP of pharmacy operations.
• Report to the customer care manager any items that may cause escalations not to be completed.
• Have knowledge of CPR+ and billing claim responses.
• Escalate all issues to the proper pharmacy director, sales team rep or analytics team.
• Work with other functional areas to resolve customer problems and notify appropriate parties.
• Work all projects that are assigned by the customer service manager

Join our Growing Team making a difference in our Patient Lives! Onco360is looking for aCustomer Care Specialistsbased out of our Buffalo, NYpharmacy. T his is a full-time position. The following shifts are available:

11:30AM- 8:00PM EST Monday through Friday

11:30AM- 8:00PM EST Monday through Friday This is a remote work from home position training onsite at the Buffalo pharmacy. Customer Care Specialists at Onco360 w ill work with the sales team and providers in monitoring all customer care issues.

Position Qualifications for Customer Care Specialist:

• Education/Learning Experience
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Work Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of pharmacy billing or certified pharmacy technician required
• Skills/Knowledge
  • Customer service, problem solving, and excellent communication skills verbal and writing required.
  • Work independently with little to no guidance
• Licenses/Certifications
  • Required: Pharmacy Technician State License/Registration (per State Board of Pharmacy)
  • Required: National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT via PTCB/NHA)

Starting salary from $23.00 an hour and up

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before December 31st, 2026.
