Job summary

Onco360, a closed‑door specialty pharmacy, is seeking certified pharmacy technicians with strong customer service skills to support patients and providers by phone. The role begins with onsite training and moves to remote work after completion of training.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a $3.00/hour weekend differential, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for hires starting before August 31, 2026. Responsibilities include handling medication refills, coordinating with physician offices, and

Starting salary from $22.00 an hour and up - we also offer $3.00/HR shift differential for WEEKEND schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

• Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills

Required Education

• High school or equivalent

• Pharmacy Technician: 1+ years
