Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a dedicated Outbound Phone Support Technician to join our New Hyde Park, NY team. This is a remote opportunity after an onsite training period, with starting pay from $23.00 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before October 26, 2026.

We offer quarterly incentives, and a $500 bonus for technicians obtaining CPhT credentials. As part of our team, you will assist health care providers and patients by phone, coordinate medication refills, and handle insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician license/registration required by state law.
• Pharmacy technician with 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answer questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

Starting salary from $23.00 an hour and up- w e also offer $3.00/HR shift differential for WEEKEND schedules.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before October 26th, 2026.

We offer quarterly incentive bonuses as well as a$500 bonus for technicians to obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials.

As a member of our Outbound Phone Support team, you will:

• Assist health care providers and patients byphone; answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Good interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology
