Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy seeks an upbeat Inbound Phone Support Technician to assist providers and patients by phone. You will coordinate medication refills, resolve claim issues, and serve as a primary contact for patients and physicians.

The role is full-time remote after an onsite training period, offering starting pay of $21 per hour with weekend differential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus if you join before Oct 26, 2026. Benefits include 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Required education: High school or equivalent.
• PTCB Certification is preferred.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.

Our specialty pharmacy is located in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full time,remote opportunity - after onsite training period.

Starting salary from $21.00 an hour and up- w e also offer $3.00/HR shift differential for WEEKEND schedules.
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5pm MST in spring/summer,with shift to9:30am to 6pm MST in fall/winter

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before October 26th, 2026.

We offer quarterly incentive bonuses as well as a$500 bonus for technicians to obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials.

As a member of our Inbound Phone Support team, you will:

• Assist health care providers and patients byphone; answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology
