Responsibilities include:

• In accordance with state and federal regulations, assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy. Assist in other Pharmacy Department duties per company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations if PTCB certified.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients, greet them, offer assistance, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices and develop strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy practice under supervision, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and managing workflow.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality policies.
• Handle sales transactions, assist customers in locating products, and process third-party claims efficiently.
• Support inventory management activities and assist in clinical services as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the healthcare community and ensure the pharmacy environment is clean and well-stocked.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program and/or state certification.
• Attend training sessions and acquire continuing education credits to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy developments.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
