Responsibilities

1. Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in practicing pharmacy in accordance with regulations and policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug info, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching if PTCB certified.
3. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, resolving issues, and developing relationships.
4. Support pharmacy operations such as entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, handling cash, and supporting clinical services.
5. Maintain inventory, support clinical services, and uphold company policies and standards.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, attend training, and stay updated on healthcare news.
• Fluency in English required; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
