Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist under direct supervision in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching other technicians if certified.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.
• Developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy practice under supervision, entering accurate information, and assisting with prescriptions and inventory management.
• Reporting errors and adhering to dispensing policies.
• Handling sales transactions and customer inquiries, and supporting clinical and outreach activities.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through our training program or state registration, and pursuing ongoing education.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
