Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision, following regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage patient and drug information. Support certified technicians and cashiers as applicable.
• Deliver excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Operations

• Help with pharmacy duties like entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and assisting with inventory under supervision.
• Report prescription errors and adhere to quality standards.
• Handle sales transactions, assist customers, and support inventory management.
• Support clinical services and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated program.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education.
• Must be fluent in English and willing to work flexible hours.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
