Responsibilities

1. Assist pharmacists under supervision, following regulations and company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, assist with coaching if certified, and support cash register operations.
3. Deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues, and develop customer relationships.
4. Perform pharmacy duties including data entry, prescription filling, verifying medicines, and supporting inventory management.
5. Support clinical services, including sample collection and coordination with healthcare providers.
6. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized pharmacy environment.
7. Complete training, maintain certification, and acquire ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
