Responsibilities include:

1. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and procedures.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching other technicians if PTCB certified.
3. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers and resolving issues.

Customer Experience

• Greet customers, offer assistance, and develop strong relationships with valuable clients.
• Share and model customer service best practices to ensure a positive experience.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy tasks such as entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and maintaining workflow under supervision.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality policies.
• Handle sales transactions, stock management, and support clinical services as required.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the training program or state certification, with promotion contingent on certification.
• Participate in training and continuing education to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
