Responsibilities:

1. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state and federal regulations, and company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching other technicians if certified.
3. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

Customer Experience:

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members.
• Develop strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations:

• Assist in pharmacy practice under supervision, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and checking for interactions.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality and safety policies.
• Handle sales transactions, assist in inventory management, and support clinical services as needed.
• Maintain the pharmacy environment, including cleanliness and supplies.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, or achieve it as a condition for promotion.
• Attend training sessions and acquire continuing education credits.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico), willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
