• Assist pharmacists under supervision, following state and federal regulations, in pharmacy practice and other duties per company policies.
• Utilize pharmacy systems to manage patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, verifying medications, and managing inventory.
• Handling customer interactions, including greeting, assisting in product location, and answering inquiries.
• Maintaining compliance with company policies, including error reporting and proper documentation.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintain PTCB certification and pursue continuing education.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
