Responsibilities

1. Assist pharmacists under supervision, following state and federal regulations, and perform other pharmacy duties per company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug info, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching technicians if certified.
3. Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues, and building relationships with valuable customers.

Additional Duties

• Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, verifying medicines, and managing inventory.
• Handle clerical tasks, process claims, and support clinical services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and adhere to all policies.

Training & Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, attend training, and acquire continuing education credits.
• Must be fluent in English and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, store inventory knowledge, and PTCB certification.
