Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching other technicians if PTCB certified.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Additional duties include:

• Supporting pharmacy operations such as entering patient and drug info, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and maintaining workflow under supervision.
• Reporting prescription errors immediately and adhering to quality and safety policies.
• Handling sales transactions, assisting customers in locating products, and managing pharmacy inventory and clerical duties.
• Supporting clinical services, maintaining store cleanliness, and fostering good relationships with healthcare providers.
• Participating in ongoing training to maintain PTCB certification and staying updated on healthcare developments.

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
